What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first visit begins with a thorough discussion of your history, current symptoms and any previous injuries or medical conditions. A chiropractic examination will include evaluation of posture, spinal motion, muscle function and orthopedic and neurological testing when appropriate.

Based on these findings, Dr. Regina Brockman will explain your condition and develop a personalized treatment plan designed to help you reach your health goals.

Your Care Plan

In the early stages of care, visits may be scheduled closer together to reduce pain, improve mobility and restore function. As your condition improves and goals achieved, the frequency of visits is gradually reduced.

Some patients may reach MCI (Maximum Chiropractic Improvement) while others with chronic conditions may opt for continued maintenance care.

‍ ‍ One of my greatest joys is witnessing the transformation Chiropractic can make. Patients arrive in pain —exhausted with tense facial expressions. At times it is very difficult to get them to smile for their photo.

But after the treatment, they’re no longer bent over in pain. By looking at their eyes and facial expression, I can tell that a burden has been lifted. As they schedule their next appointment and head toward the door, they’re smiling, talking and laughing.

This is the reason I love what I do.
